Short bio: Grew up in North Branford, CT, where I first got hooked on radio. Originally I was going to be a history teacher, but the market wasn’t so great for that back in the 70s. Radio beckoned in 1974 when I was still in college. Upon graduating Keene State College of the University of New Hampshire, I got a job in Middletown, CT at WCNX as midday guy and, soon after, program director. Broadcasting took me on a tour around Connecticut, including Hartford stations WWYZ, WRCH, WZMX and a station I grew up with: WDRC. Other stops around the region included Danbury and a stint as operations manager at WLAD/WDAQ. My involvement with WBMW began with an occasional remote broadcast in 2003 and grew from there. I became host of the morning show in July 2006. As you may gather from listening to the show, I'm an avid news junkie.
Kindergarten - the only time I got "suspended" in school Me in the Awesome 80s!

The first "station" I worked at
Most annoying habit: relentless daydreamer
Best quality: honest & open
Most proud of: friends & family
Favorite season: Fall – the mosquitoes & crabgrass are gone!
My favorite hobby: well, the radio thing turned into a living, so I guess I’ll have to get back to you on that!
Favorite place to relax: in that big recliner in my living room… aaah!
Favorite food: Hawaiian pizza
Favorite dessert: Krispy Kreme vanilla crème filled doughnut… mmm
The one thing I would change about humanity: a little common sense
What I enjoy the most: Exploring different destinations – life’s too short to see the world, but I’d like to try – plus my dog & cat
Favorite color: Blue
Favorite TV show: Family Guy
I'm most comfortable: with people who share a sense of humor
Why am I a DJ? I’m an incurable radio geek who keeps getting lured back into the business
Most unusual radio gig: worked one whole month in 1979 at Disco 95 in Springfield, MA – five hours every day of that beat!
If I could stalk one celeb, who would it be? Vanessa Marcil of Las Vegas & General Hospital… and of course, Alyssa Milano
Craziest thing I ever did: the memory’s hazy now, but it’s definitely something I did in my twenties!
Thing I most remember about my parents: My father was the one with the corny jokes. My mother isn’t a bad singer, and I'm still a mama's boy!
